PJS Marketing is a small Canadian Company
that distributes the Q-link  line of products.
We pride ourselves on great customer service and fast efficient delivery.

We do not rely on large call centres or pick and pack warehouses to process orders.
Our operation is contained in-house and when you call,
you are normally speaking with the owners of the Business.

PJS Marketing is the logical choice for Canadians who wish to order Q-Link products.
You will always get the genuine original product when ordering from us,
which is not always the case when importing from other sellers online. 

You are also protected by Canadian Consumer Protection laws when ordering from us, your Canadian supplier.

Don’t be fooled into thinking that you will avoid paying Canadian Taxes if you are ordering from Suppliers in the USA.
Canada Customs collects GST, HST and PST on all shipments that cross the border.

The Q-Link will in fact cost you more when purchasing from the USA as Carriers like UPS charge a minimum $35.00-$70.00 Customs Brokerage Fee for clearing  your shipment. Canada Post will still charge you all applicable taxes plus a package fee when importing any product into Canada.

The Customs Brokerage Fee  and Package Fee are NON-REFUNDABLE.

This difficulty is magnified when you have a problem with your order and have to return it to the Original Supplier in the US. It can take weeks to exchange the product or get a refund. The US Supplier cannot refund the tax you paid as he never collected it, you have to apply to Canada Customs for a rebate.

PJS Marketing, on the other hand, can provide you with Better Service, Faster Delivery and we are here to sort out any problems quickly (without any of the stress mentioned above). All orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. As long as the product ordered is in stock, most orders will ship the same business day or the next business day.

What is covered by Q-Link’s Limited Warranty?

How long does Warranty coverage last?

From date of purchase:  Acrylic, Stainless Steel & Titanium Pendants, Bracelets and Powered Products carry a 1 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty, as above.  Silver & Gold Products carry a 90 Day Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Q-Link CLEAR, Equine Pendant and other accessories carry a 30 Day Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Silver Chains and Cords are not covered under warranty.


What is not covered?

Products damaged by misuse or occurrences outside of normal use by customer are not covered.
Return shipping is your responsibility and we highly recommend a tracking number since
anything lost in the mail is not covered by us. Canada Post offers ExpressPost service which tracks and insures your return product.
Also, there is a $15 handling fee for any returns/exchanges that will be deducted from your return.


What will Q-Link do?

If approved by Head Office, Q-Link will repair or replace defective products at no charge.

Satisfaction Guarante

To be eligible for refund, you must notify us first and the product(s) must be returned in original box and accompanied by your original receipt marked “Please Refund.”  Please contact us first so we know your product is being returned.

This guarantee is unique as most other Companies only guarantee their product
against defects and inferior workmanship.

All you have to do is contact us to tell us that you are sending it back.

2. Did I give the Q-Link a fair trial? (This is why we offer a 90 DAY guarantee)


Very few customers have ever sent their Q-Links back, so if you plan on returning it, 
please contact us first to inform us it’s coming.

Refunds will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of abuse, or does not include the Original packaging. You must also provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase from us.
